Hi! I'm Homaira Akhter, research assistant of OMDS and pursuing my Final year of Bachelor degree in Institute of Marine Sciences at University of Chittagong. Previously I was involved in "the commercialization of Artemia biomass" and "the effects of ocean acidification on coral communities and the effects of Ocean Acidification on crustaceans". These responsibilities have provide a good grounding in both laboratory and field. I am also an enthusiastic green activist and served as a member of the Chittagong University Nature Club (CUNC). Therefore, I am motivated to utilize my academic and practical skills to encourage sustainable coastal management and address the critical challenges facing our marine ecosystems.
